private messaging/instant messaging
Could we get some sort of messaging system up? Not everyone you want to get a hold of checks the forums. Could be helpful.
DL MSN and make a thread for people to post there e-mails, problem solved.
Facebook group would be easier imo
Or something just on here like every other forum out there. It's not a huge request, nor should it be difficult. It's a pretty standard thing for a forum to have.
Incidentally this is the forum suggestion area. I made a suggestion for the forum, didn't ask how everyone could keep in touch.
There is an email link beside most user's posts (login required). I'm sure most of us check our email inbox more frequently than the forum. I'm not sure how a forum messaging system would help if, as you say, someone doesn't check the forum.
... Again. A suggestion for al to consider. Not a request for ideas on how room contact people. I mean seriously. Suggestions area. There never was a question on how to get hold of people.
